Thanksgiving Closure
Help Build the Movement for Tenants Rights: Join the Tenants Union!
Washington State tenants have won important legal protections, but these rights don't go far enough. Help build the movement to protect and expand tenants rights and make the promise of safe, healthy, affordable housing a reality: 
Please Note: Our hotline and walk in services will be closed on Wednesday, November 25th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will reopen with normal hours on Monday, November 30th. We want to wish you a safe and happy Thanksgiving!
- Walk-in and hotline services are available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 3-6pm. For walk-in service, please arrive by 5:30 pm.
- The hotline service is also available on Tuesdays from 10am-2pm. No walk in service is available during this time.
- Current TU members may still leave messages at our member call back voicemail box, calls are usually returned within 2 weeks.
If you are trained in landlord-tenant law and would like to volunteer with the Tenants Union, please call the TU at 206-722-6848, ext 109.
If you live outside King County and have a question about your rights as a tenant, please call the CLEAR line at 1-888-201-1014.
